Hotel dinner · near Happo
Chamonix, the French restaurant at Hakuba Tokyu Hotel, publishes a fully vegan menu: no meat, fish, eggs or dairy. The set is a soy-meat curry with soy-milk pumpkin soup, rice, fried mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, salad, fruit and coffee or tea, for ¥3,025 including the 13% service charge and tax. They also list a vegan white wine.
Dinner runs 17:30–21:30 with last entry at 20:00. The hotel says the menu changes with the season, so ask for the vegan set when you book on 0261-72-3001. VIVE is the one kitchen that actually says they can do gluten-free. Meteor’s GF mention is dessert. If coeliac is the trip constraint, email VIVE and ask the kitchen; do not trust a blog list from 2019. Gluten-free list.
